If a customer refuses the package at the time of delivery, they will be responsible for all shipping fees.

 Please note that during these challenging times of inflation, items may take longer than usual to process and ship. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. 

 It is also important to be aware that while we offer free shipping on most items for a total of more than $99, certain heavy items being delivered to residential addresses may incur a liftgate delivery fee from the carrier. We will inform you if this fee applies after you place your order. 

**Custom Orders** 

 By ordering any item that is stated to be a custom product or a Top Medical Exclusive Item, you acknowledge and agree to our strict return policy for items being shipped overseas through custom orders.

For these special orders, we do not accept any returns or refunds once an order has been placed. In the event that an item arrives damaged, we will work closely with you to troubleshoot the product and provide any necessary parts to ensure it is in working and good condition. If, after maximum efforts of troubleshooting and providing damaged parts within a 30-day period, we are unable to get the product to work or determine that it cannot be fixed, we will proceed with issuing a refund or replacing the device for you. It is important to report any shipping damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving the item. This allows us to promptly address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
